Indonesia President, Joko Widodo ( Jokowi) is really appreciated the efforts of the State Intelligence Agency (BIN) to make the government’s vaccination program successful by organizing a series of house-to-house Covid-19 vaccination activities .
This is stated after reviewing of the implementation of door-to-door vaccination for the community, at the Pesilat Village Gang, Madiun Regency, East Java, on Thursday (19/8/2021).
“I really appreciate this door-to-door vaccination program because this is the kind of picking up the ball, visiting the community, coming to the village, then getting them vaccinated at their respective homes,” Jokowi said in an official statement, Thursday (19/8/2021).
According to President, this step is a very good service to people who want to vaccinate. He hopes that the program carried out by BIN can run well in the future so that the government’s target of achieving group immunity can be achieved more quickly.
Apart from Madiun Regency, the President also held video conferences with vaccination participants organized by the State Intelligence Agency (BIN), in nine other provinces.
On this occasion, the President reminded to spend the supply of vaccines sent by the central government in order to immediately establish communal immunity.
“So if the vaccine comes, it will be spent immediately. Ask for more, spend more so that communal immunity, herd immunity occurs, so that we can be protected, protected from Covid-19, “said him.
